By creating an account and using AiSender’s platform (“Services”), an unofficial WhatsApp automation service provided by the Cluetraffic team, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

AiSender provides businesses with access to an unofficial WhatsApp messaging platform enabling messaging infrastructure, account management, automation, analytics, and support. Please note: AiSender is an unofficial service provided by the Cluetraffic team and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or the official WhatsApp Business API.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Account access is limited to the main account holder and authorized users assigned roles, with access levels defined by the main account holder.
• Users are solely responsible for securing their account credentials and controlling access.

4. Use Restrictions and Compliance

• You must not use the Services to send spam, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Because AiSender operates as an unofficial service, the use of our platform may result in your WhatsApp number or account being temporarily or permanently banned or restricted by Meta (WhatsApp).
• No refund will be provided if your WhatsApp account or number is restricted or banned, or if your access to our Services is restricted due to violations.
• You are solely responsible for using the Services responsibly and accept the inherent risks of using an unofficial automation platform.

5. Data Privacy and Security

• AiSender handles user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• We do not collect or store your WhatsApp account credentials directly.
• Data collected is used to deliver and improve Services and comply with legal requirements.

6. Fees and Payment

• Use of the platform is subject to payment as per your selected pricing plan.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Service.

7. Suspension and Termination

• Accounts violating these Terms or engaging in abusive behavior may be suspended or terminated immediately.
• Accounts without an active valid plan for three consecutive months will be marked dormant and may undergo data deletion.

8. Use of Services

You acknowledge and agree that AiSender’s Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose.

While the Cluetraffic team strives to maintain reliable and secure Services, technical issues, interruptions, changes to WhatsApp's ecosystem that affect unofficial tools, or unforeseen events beyond our control may occur. AiSender disclaims any liability for damages or losses arising from such events, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these terms and the risks associated with unofficial WhatsApp platforms, and AiSender shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects related to your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AiSender and the Cluetraffic team harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, account bans by WhatsApp, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications

AiSender may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after modifications implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. AiSender is operated by the Cluetraffic team.
